Deposits, payments, cancellations, and what to expect when you book Pony Party Las Vegas for your event.
Deposits & Payment
- A $100 non-refundable deposit is collected at booking and applied toward the 50% deposit required to reserve your rental.
- The remaining balance is charged to the card on file no later than one day before your event.
- Pay the balance by Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, or cash before the event to avoid card processing fees.
- A mandatory service fee of $20 per handler for the first hour and $10 per additional hour supports our event staff. Gratuity is optional.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Cancellation after the deposit remains responsible for the full contracted amount.
- Availability is granted on a first-paid, first-served basis, so your date is only held once the deposit is paid.
About Our Animals
- If a specific specialty animal becomes unavailable, we provide a comparable substitute or extend your event time.
- All animals arrive groomed, fed, and watered, and every event is fully supervised by our handlers.
- We are a licensed & insured mobile animal service.
